In store treatment was horrible and humiliating treatment
Well, I FINALLY got thru to the manager who made it clear that they could do nothing about the missing plate, and that I would have to do this ON MY OWN and AT MY EXPENSE! Day of install, price changed that I was not aware of, installation stopped while I paid extra charge which I specifically asked about prior to purchase and was told "no charge".
